The Taking Care of People.org Subdivision will;
Prevent a loss of jobs in the Page County and Town of Luray area and house elders ,
professionals and disabled persons moving to the area as a result of
new and at home educational program providers via the internet and
internet home businesses and provide employment opportunities to everyone including traditional families."

This subdivision will have dwellings built to include as many amenities possible for professionals, handicapped persons as well as traditional families to live in all the dwellings with wireless internet and satellite technology necessary to work from home.  Also be built completely green - meaning using no allergy or asthma free materials avoiding traditional insulation, carpet, and be built with rammed earth - being a solar and Green structure using natural and recycled materials - with solar means to heat and reduce energy use.  This subdivision will also produce energy for the grid system and other persons to utilize to save greatly on energy bills and be built to operate on and off the grid system.


This subdivision will have structures that do not have traditional allergy symptomatic building materials such as traditional insulation, carpet and will be built to address Wellness and health care of persons seeking new homes living in and moving into Page County that will also providing the wireless technology built within the structures and have access to subdivision community services for Grounds Maintenance, Personal Services such as house keeping, running errands, handy man needs, meal preparation and wellness needs such as home spa maintenance, therapeutic swimming pool access, recreational activities including activities with animals and nature walking trails access without having to drive to them.  This subdivision will also have available persons assigned to check in and assist with any errands or needs.

This is not a Senior or Retirement Community - Eldership Living and Stewardship is a theme in this Primitive History Learning Park Environment that will include mentoring programs - encouraging youth and seniors learn together and Take Care of People - which is the educational and social community style - to include special needs persons to live comfortably in this subdivision that is before the Luray Town Planning Commission.

This is a pilot model program - that we plan to build more of throughout the US.  Luray being the Model.

This Community is being designed to help families keep their young children at home and in the subdivision along with Elders in the same subdivision to help care for the youth and help keep Elders from having to go to Assisted Living and Nursing Homes.

The Community is being designed with all the amenities to help take care of youth, disabled and Elderly persons as well as the traditional families that are community minded and want to have a more sustainable community with as much assistance provided to the people within the planned community.
